Subscription & Monthly Club Policy

Thank you for joining a Justin Fabric subscription or monthly club! Our programs make it easy to enjoy quilting projects, coordinated fabric kits, and creative inspiration throughout the year.

Please review the following terms before enrolling in a subscription or monthly program.

Subscription & Monthly Club Programs

Justin Fabric offers a variety of subscription and monthly club programs, including Blocks of the Month (BOM), monthly quilt kits, table runner clubs, and other recurring product programs.

Each program may have different pricing, billing schedules, shipment dates, and participation requirements. The individual product page identifies the specific terms applicable to your selected program, including the number of installments, materials included, and any required commitment.

Enrollment & Program Commitments

By enrolling in a subscription or monthly club, you agree to the pricing, payment schedule, and participation terms displayed on the product page at the time of enrollment.

Some programs require a commitment to the entire series, while others may offer ongoing participation with the ability to cancel future shipments.

For fixed-term programs, enrollment represents a commitment to purchase the complete series when that requirement is clearly disclosed before checkout.

Please review the program details carefully before completing your purchase.

Recurring Payments & Billing

Subscription and monthly club programs may include an initial enrollment fee, recurring monthly payments, or other payment arrangements disclosed on the product page.

By enrolling, you authorize Justin Fabric to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the billing schedule presented at checkout.

Recurring charges will continue for the duration of the agreed program or until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with its applicable terms.

The amount and frequency of recurring charges, along with any initial enrollment fee, will be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Schedules

Estimated shipment dates are provided on the individual product page.

Some programs begin collecting payments before the first scheduled shipment. Others may begin shipping shortly after enrollment.

Products are shipped according to the schedule established for the specific program, subject to product availability and manufacturer delivery timelines.

Manufacturer release dates, warehouse arrival dates, and estimated shipment dates are subject to change. A manufacturer's estimated release or warehouse date does not necessarily mean your order will ship from Justin Fabric on that date.

Tracking information will be provided when each shipment is sent.

Manufacturer Delays & Product Availability

Monthly clubs and subscription programs often depend on coordinated fabric collections, patterns, and materials supplied by manufacturers or distributors.

Occasionally, production delays, shipping disruptions, or changes in availability may affect the expected schedule.

Justin Fabric will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays or changes affecting your program.

A delayed shipment does not automatically cancel your subscription or eliminate future program commitments.

If Justin Fabric is unable to fulfill a paid installment, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, adjustment, or refund for the affected merchandise, as applicable.

Cancellation & Program Changes

Fixed-Term Programs

Some Blocks of the Month and monthly kit programs require a commitment to the entire series.

When a fixed-term commitment is clearly disclosed before purchase, enrollment constitutes an agreement to complete the required installments.

Early cancellation may be restricted under the terms disclosed for that program, except where cancellation is required by applicable law or Justin Fabric is unable to fulfill its obligations.

Ongoing Subscriptions

Programs without a fixed-term commitment may be cancelled for future billing periods according to the cancellation instructions and deadlines disclosed at enrollment.

Cancellation stops eligible future recurring charges but does not automatically refund payments already collected or cancel orders already being processed.

Customers may contact Justin Fabric for assistance with subscription changes or cancellations.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a scheduled subscription payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may contact you to update your payment information.

An unsuccessful payment may delay the corresponding shipment.

If payment issues remain unresolved, Justin Fabric may suspend or cancel the subscription in accordance with the applicable program terms.

For fixed-term programs, an unsuccessful payment does not automatically release the customer from an agreed purchase commitment, subject to applicable law.

Refunds & Returns

Subscription and monthly club payments are subject to the terms disclosed for the selected program and Justin Fabric's applicable return policies.

Payments for fulfilled installments, shipped kits, and merchandise prepared specifically for an enrolled program may be non-refundable where disclosed and permitted by law.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically result in a refund of previously processed payments.

If Justin Fabric cannot fulfill a paid installment, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

Kit Contents & Additional Supplies

Each subscription or monthly club includes the products and materials specifically identified in its product description.

Depending on the program, kits may contain fabric, patterns, binding, or other designated materials.

Backing fabric, batting, templates, specialty rulers, notions, and additional supplies are not included unless specifically stated.

Please review the individual product description for exact kit contents and any additional materials needed to complete the project.

Pricing & Discounts

Subscription pricing is established according to the terms presented at enrollment.

Later sales, promotional offers, or discounts do not automatically apply to previously purchased installments or existing subscription agreements.

Any changes to recurring prices will be communicated and handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the program.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers may be able to review subscription details, update payment information, or manage eligible subscriptions through their Justin Fabric customer account.

Available account-management options may vary by program.
