Riley Blake Designs Quilting Fabric

I loved working with the fabrics from this collection. HOWEVER! the free pattern that accompanied the collection not so much. I am 72 yrs of age and have been around the sewing block a few times. This pattern looks like it accomodates directional fabrics, but beware! It was only due to my yrs. of experience that I was able to make it happen. Lots of wasted fabric with this project.

I had purchased the Lori Holt Hometown embroidery pattern and was not looking forward to curating all the needed fabric. I googled kits and found this wonderful shop.
