Non-Refundable and Special Order Items

Reservations, Pre-Orders, and Kits:

Items marked as Pre-Orders, Reservations, or in-house Cut Kits require a firm commitment due to the advance ordering and cutting volumes we commit to on your behalf. Therefore, these items are Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable.

• Exception: If you experience a personal emergency, you may submit a cancellation request for unfulfilled pre-orders only. Please be aware that a minimum 25% restocking fee will apply to cover administrative costs and manufacturer obligations.

Cut Yardage: Since each order is cut to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for cut yardage.

Copyrighted Items: Due to copyright laws, the following items cannot be returned:
