Non-Refundable and Special Order Items

Reservations, Pre-Orders, and Kits:

Items marked as Pre-Order, Reservation, Subscription, Club Membership, or In-House Cut Kit require Justin Fabric to commit inventory, manufacturing allocations, and/or cutting services specifically on your behalf. As a result, these items are considered special-order merchandise and all sales are final.

Pre-Orders, Reservations, Subscriptions, Club Memberships, and In-House Cut Kits cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, exchanged, or returned once an order has been placed.

Estimated release and shipment dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice. Delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items become available unless separate orders are placed at the time of purchase.

Cut Yardage

All fabric yardage is cut specifically to the quantity requested by the customer. Because cut yardage is customized to your order, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Due to copyright and licensing restrictions, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
