Shipping Policy                                                                       

At Justin Fabric, shipping is one of those behind-the-scenes things I think about a lot. I want your fabric to arrive safely, affordably, and with the same care I'd put into packing something for a friend. Here's everything you need to know.

When We Ship

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. As a small, personally-run shop (with a night job to boot!), these are my dedicated packing and shipping days — when I can give every order the attention it deserves. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

I appreciate your patience more than you know. Every package that goes out has been handled with care.

Shipping Costs

I do my best to keep shipping affordable — and honestly, I often absorb more of the cost than I pass on to you. What goes into shipping isn't just postage: it's envelopes, boxes, packing materials, tape, labels, a scale, a printer, software, and time. I keep those costs as low as I can because I know they add up.

- $5.99 flat rate — Standard domestic shipping on orders under $65

- Free shipping — On all domestic orders $65 and over

- Free shipping does not apply to Rush Order Processing

- Oversized or special handling items may carry additional charges. I'll always reach out before charging more than 15% above the rates listed above.

Carriers

I mostly ship via USPS and UPS. Most orders qualify for standard shipping rates. If your order is oversized or requires special handling, I'll contact you before it ships. High-value orders may require signature confirmation or additional insurance — again, I'll be in touch if that applies to you.

International Orders

I love that fabric brings people together across borders! If you're ordering from outside the US, please be aware that customs, duties, and import taxes vary by country and are beyond my control. I encourage you to research the policies in your area before ordering. Delays in customs are also outside my hands, so those aren't reflected in shipping time estimates.

If you have questions about shipping internationally, don't hesitate to reach out — I'm happy to help figure out the best option.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to me, I'll make every effort to contact you right away. If I'm unable to reach you within 14 days, returned unclaimed packages will be donated to a local non-profit organization. I'd much rather your fabric find a loving home than sit in a box.
