Pre-Order Policy & Terms

Thank you for pre-ordering with Justin Fabric! Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming fabric, kits, notions, and other products before they arrive at our shop.

Please review the following terms before placing a pre-order.

Estimated Arrival & Shipping Dates

Pre-order dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change. Delays can occur during manufacturing, transportation, or distribution and are outside of Justin Fabric's control.

The estimated arrival or shipping month shown on the product page is our best available information at the time of purchase. We will update product information when we receive significant schedule changes from the manufacturer or distributor.

Pre-Orders Are Final

Because merchandise is ordered or reserved based on customer commitments, pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or returned except when required by law or when Justin Fabric is unable to fulfill the order.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

When an order contains both pre-order and in-stock merchandise, the entire order will normally ship together when all items are available.

If you would like in-stock merchandise shipped immediately, please place it as a separate order.

When available, Justin Fabric may offer a split-shipping option for an additional shipping charge.

Deposits & Partial-Payment Pre-Orders

Some pre-orders may offer a deposit or partial-payment option rather than requiring the full purchase price at checkout.

The product page will show the deposit amount, remaining balance, and applicable payment schedule before purchase.

By choosing a deposit or partial-payment option, you authorize Justin Fabric to collect the remaining balance according to the payment terms presented when you place your order.

Deposits and payments made toward a pre-order are non-refundable except when required by law or when Justin Fabric is unable to fulfill the order.

If a scheduled payment cannot be successfully processed, we may contact you to update your payment information. Failure to complete the required payments may result in cancellation of the pre-order and forfeiture of amounts already paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Pre-Order Pricing

The price displayed when you place your pre-order is the price applicable to your order unless the product page specifically states otherwise.

Later sales, promotions, discounts, or price changes do not apply retroactively to previously placed pre-orders.

Manufacturer Changes & Availability

Manufacturers occasionally change release dates, product specifications, packaging, or availability after pre-orders have been placed.

If a manufacturer cancels an item or Justin Fabric is otherwise unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the affected item.

If a significant manufacturer change materially affects the product you ordered, we will contact you when appropriate before fulfillment.

Fabric & Quilt Kits

Fabric and quilt-kit pre-orders are subject to the quantities and contents stated on the individual product page.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, quilt kits include only the materials identified in the kit description. Backing, patterns, templates, Sew Simple Shapes™, interfacing, notions, and other supplies are not included unless specifically listed as included.

Fabric is cut continuously whenever possible.

Shipping

Pre-orders ship after the merchandise has arrived at Justin Fabric and has been received, processed, and prepared for fulfillment. A manufacturer's release or warehouse date does not necessarily mean that your order will ship from Justin Fabric on that date.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

By Placing a Pre-Order

By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge that:

• the stated arrival or shipping date is an estimate and may change;
• your pre-order is a commitment to purchase the merchandise;
• pre-orders are final and subject to the cancellation and refund terms above;
• orders containing in-stock and pre-order merchandise normally ship together; and
• if you select a deposit or partial-payment option, you agree to the payment terms presented with that option.
